Our tennis coaches are experts in their field. Tennis is one of the most famous played games in the world and is extremely beneficial in increasing aerobic capacity, lowering blood pressure, improving metabolisim and reducing body fat. It’s also good in building social skills, as it is a great way to meet new people and reduce stress.

Here are our goals and expectations for our trainers:

To teach beginners tennis basics at their own pace.
To teach intermediate players skills, theory, and also discipline, focus, commitment and temperament.
To recognize talented players and direct them towards competing and participating in tournaments.
To make sure that lessons are delivered in the utmost safe environment to avoid injuries.
To demonstrate the correct technique to ensure that you are learning correctly and efficiently, in order to maximize results.
To provide individualized nutrition education.
To be your friend, your mentor, motivator and teacher.
