Katy Dailey-Mclean – Vice-Captain for England Women’s Rugby
I provided nutrition support to Sarah and Katy, tailored to their strength and conditioning programmes and the goals set by the coaching staff. The goal was to fuel for training and matchday energy demands, improve recovery and to maximize adaptations to training.
Thomas Allen – U16’s British Champion Jujitsu I established a strength training programme and nutrition plan for Tom that would increase his muscle mass and power-to-weight ratio in order to improve his performance.
